PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Cancellation Policy

All cancelled orders will incur a minimum 10% cancellation fee for restocking costs.

Custom design items will incur a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled after I had started to design your custom design.


All our items are sent via Australia Post with tracking. If your item has become lost, we kindly ask that you contact us via our facebook page or nikki@dreamchaserdesigns.com.au We will launch an investigation with Australia post to retrieve safedrop photo, or signed for information. If this cannot be resolved, we will REPLACE OR REFUND your order.

If your goods are damaged in any way on delivery, you are welcome to return or exchange the items within 5 (five) days of receiving your personalised product. We recommend your first approach would be to contact us via our contact us page or directly via email nikki@dreamchaserdesigns.com.au to arrange a return, exchange or refund.

While our Social media pages are monitored closely, we are not online all of the time and email is our best contact.

Customer satisfaction is our first priority, if your product is faulty, damaged, or uncompleted due to any fault and we do not pick up on this during the packing process, we will work with you to resolve any issues and come to an agreement.

If an item is FAULTY we are happy for you to return the product for us to inspect. At the very minimum, images need to be supplied via email so we can determine on our end where in our processes the fault occurred.

You will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement where:
1) The error was on your behalf by incorrectly entering spelling / name
2) Defects or damage that have NOT followed the correct care instructions and have resulted in damage
3) If you changed your mind.

We pride ourselves on our customer service, and you are our first priority.

All designs are created from a master file of each design. Please bare in mind that all graphic previews are representation ONLY, and variance from screens to print does occur. While all care is taken to ensure the designs are as close to possible as how they are printed, there may be instances where the printed design looks different on your screen to your finished product.

All personalised items will be sent for you to proof before we finalise your design for cut. If you order an items that has multiple font choices we will email a proof to ensure you approve the fonts in your desired wording – We allow 2 proof changes for changes of fonts before we charge $5 per proof changes.


All our personalised Items are made to order. Please allow up to 1 week to recieve proofs or your personalised design if one is required. Our items may take up to 4 weeks to be designed and produced. You will receive notification when your order is completed.

You may choose standard or express shipping. All our orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number.

We love seeing your photos! We will never share or use your images in a marketing or promotional use without your written consent.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Dream Chaser Designs may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Dream Chaser Designs, Dream Chaser Designs has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Dream Chaser Designs. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Dream Chaser Designs seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is essential for the purpose of processing your order. You may be notified by our courier service once they receive your parcel via email with your tracking number for you to keep track of your parcel. This is the only third party who will receive these details and it is vital they do to get your parcel to you. All information given by you is confidential and will not be furthered on to any other parties. This includes information about you or your specific order (ie, personalised name of your baby). All private information is held in complete trust by us and will never be sold, duplicated or passed onto any other companies, individuals or businesses.
